2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Falabella Connect es una gran empresa de retail en chile, que se especializa el la  venta de equipos y planes de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil.<br><br>La funci\u00f3n de esta App de punto de venta (POS) permite a los vendedores moverse por la tienda en busca de clientes, realizar validaciones comerciales para venta de planes y equipos m\u00f3viles, revisar stock de equipos disponibles en tienda y realizar por completo el proceso de venta de planes y equipos, lectura de DNI, firma digital, contratos y otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi rol, fue realizar investigaci\u00f3n de usuarios, y el proceso de dise\u00f1o de experiencia de usuario para este producto<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
